12 Week Basic Strength and Fitness Program

Welcome to the 12 Week Basic Strength and Fitness Program. This is a stripped back program to build a good foundation for the future. Not aimed at complete beginners but you're confident performing exercises like deadlifts, back squats etc, then this is great for you. And experienced lifters go back and build a solid base to improve your lifts. This will help improve your abliity to move functionally over load, improve body composition, better body mechanics and improve aerobic endurance. 12 week program training 6 days a week split into 3 resistance days with 3 light carido days inbetween. Certainly not a walk in the park, but stick to this for 12 weeks and see amazing results at the end.
