Welcome to the Bodyweight and Minimal Equipment Program. Rather self explanatory. A 12 week program using your own bodyweight and very small range of dumb bells is all that's really needed. So this can be done at home, in the park or in the gym. Who is this for? Everyone! From beginners, to athletes during the off season, those who are wanting to get back to basics and people who are want help to improve their lifts. The days are split into push, pull and lower body. With a real focus on better mechanical energy. This means encouraging the muscles and joints to work cohesively. This sort of training builds a strong, functional and aesthetic well rounded body. This help improve strength, technique, kinaesthis awareness, better mechanics and increase work capacity.
