It is a workout program that can be done at home or anywhere for that matter. No equipment needed. There's a couple of things where you will need a very light weight such as a bottles of water or tins of food. Other than that, you are just using your bodyweight and things that you can use around the house. Ideal for people who don't have any equipment or can't access equipment. This is a 9 week program will help with building muscle, building strength and improving your cardio.
