Hi. My name is Ryan Mawhinney. Thank you for checking out my website. I offer a wide range of services here at RM Fitness. Whatever your health and fitness goals are, I can help you. I'm here to get you the results that you want whether it's weight loss, building muscle and getting stronger, strength and conditioning/explosiveness for athletes, fixing body issues such as back pain, knee pain, bad posture, etc or just generally wanting to improve your general health and wellbeing.
It doesn't matter what your fitness back round is. I'm happy to see people from all walks of life whether you're a male or female or beginner or advanced. I am here to give you what you want!

One on one and Two on one training
Private one on one training were you get my full attention. Custom workouts designed to meet your needs. As well as specific nutritional advice to help you get the results you want.
I offer small group training sessions were you can train with a friend. Each of you will get tailor made programmes and nutrition plans for your individual needs.

Had my first session with Ryan, worked on general fitness, workout technique and upper body muscle groups specific for judo. He knew his stuff and pushed me to do more than I thought I was mentally ready for. Gave me a good base to work off of and I know what my goals are for raising my fitness level. Good session start to finish with reasonable pricing, definitely recommend to anyone starting or developing their training.
